Platform User Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all associated platform policies:

• "x222" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the x222 online gaming platform operated under an international gaming licence and accessible at x222.lat.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the x222 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the x222 registration process.
• "Real-Money Games" refers to any casino game, live dealer table, slot title, sports bet, or instant-win product on x222 that involves the wagering of actual PKR balance.
• "PKR Balance" refers to Pakistani Rupees held in a Player's x222 wallet, whether deposited directly or credited through promotional activity.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits added to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it qualifies for withdrawal.
• "Verification" refers to the identity and age confirmation process x222 conducts in accordance with its licence obligations and responsible gaming commitments.

By accessing the x222 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the x222 platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and x222. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the x222 registration process or, where no registration has occurred, from your first access of the platform.

x222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this document periodically.

To register and maintain an active x222 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. x222 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Persons below this age are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing real-money games on x222.
• You are accessing the x222 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

• You do not currently hold an active x222 self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction that prohibits account registration.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. x222 will verify the information provided as part of its licence-mandated Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. False or misleading registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

x222 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole and absolute discretion without obligation to provide a reason for such a decision.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the x222 platform at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your x222 account credentials, including your password and any two-step verification codes. x222 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your x222 account, whether authorised by you or not. x222 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact x222 support immediately.

Players are required to keep their registered account information up to date. Changes to your mobile number, email address, or payment method must be communicated to x222 support and may require re-verification before taking effect.

x222 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted in PKR and credited to your x222 PKR wallet. x222 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the x222 cashier page and may vary by payment method. x222 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification status. x222 requires full KYC verification — including identity and age confirmation — to be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held pending verification completion.

x222 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts during business hours. Processing times for bank transfers may extend to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours.

• x222 does not accept deposits from or issue withdrawals to third-party payment accounts not registered in the Player's name.
• Deposits made in excess of any applicable limit may be returned without processing.
• x222 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation as part of its anti-money laundering obligations before processing large withdrawal requests.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

x222 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions, which are displayed in full at the point of bonus acceptance within the x222 platform. The following general terms apply to all x222 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited as non-withdrawable Bonus Funds subject to the specified wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be met exclusively through gameplay on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not satisfied within the specified time limit.
• x222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• x222 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Each promotion is available to eligible Players only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players found to have claimed the same promotion using multiple accounts will be subject to account suspension.

All games available on the x222 platform — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Rummy, slot titles, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets — operate in accordance with their published game rules. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules of each game before placing any wager.

x222 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG certification is conducted by independent technical auditors and ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by x222 or any third party. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for all slot and table games represent theoretical long-term averages and are not guaranteed for any individual session.

Live dealer games are operated by licensed live dealer providers using real physical equipment — cards, wheels, and tables — streamed in real time via HD video. The results of live dealer games are determined by the physical outcome of each hand or spin and are not generated electronically.

In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or game malfunction that affects the outcome of a wager, x222 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the Player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a clearly erroneous payout — including software errors, incorrectly displayed odds, or system faults — are not valid and will not be honoured.

x222 is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified x222 account holders directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount they can deposit into their x222 account. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they can lose over a defined period. Loss limits are applied in real time against net wagering activity.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure automated alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a defined continuous period. These alerts are designed to encourage regular breaks from gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may take a temporary break from x222 by activating a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Player's account is suspended from all real-money gameplay and promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the x222 platform may apply for self-exclusion at any time by contacting x222 support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the specified minimum period. x222 will close the account, cancel any pending bonuses, and remove the Player from all marketing lists upon confirmation of self-exclusion.

x222 enforces a mandatory minimum age of 21 years for all registered Players. Age verification is conducted as a mandatory step of the registration and KYC process. Any Player who is found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all funds returned where verification of ownership is possible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one x222 account simultaneously, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Using any software, algorithm, automated betting system, bot, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or over x222.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or miscalculated odds that are clearly erroneous in nature.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity via the x222 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to x222's software or infrastructure.
• Accessing the x222 platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while under the age of 21.
• Offering or accepting payments in exchange for placing bets on behalf of another person using your x222 account.

All intellectual property rights in the x222 platform — including but not limited to the x222 name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, database structures, written content, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to x222. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants any Player a licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any x222 intellectual property.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x222 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to access the platform for commercial purposes, to resell platform access, or to use platform materials for any purpose other than personal use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x222 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — including but not limited to financial loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or consequential damage — arising from your use of or inability to use the x222 platform, including where such loss results from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to platform availability.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party game content or odds feeds.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental action, internet infrastructure failure, or acts of terrorism.

x222's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim, regardless of its nature, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit x222's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.

x222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where x222 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• The Player is in a jurisdiction where x222 is not permitted to offer its services.
• A Player has self-excluded and is attempting to circumvent their exclusion by registering a new account.
• Regulatory, licensing, or law enforcement authority requires the suspension or closure of the account.

In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, x222 reserves the right to retain all funds in the affected account pending investigation and to cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their x222 account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing, provided all wagering requirements attached to any active bonuses have been satisfied or waived.

x222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, x222 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players through the platform, including via in-platform notifications or email to the registered account address.

The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at x222.lat/terms-conditions and will display the date on which the document was last updated. Your continued use of the x222 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your x222 account prior to or immediately following the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the x222 platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x222 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory consumer protection rights applicable to Players under the laws of their country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and x222 arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation in the first instance. Disputes should be submitted to x222 in writing via [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, relevant account details, and the resolution sought.

x222 will acknowledge all written dispute submissions within 5 business days and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under x222's gaming licence.
